Where Everybody Knows Your Name

It is that time of the year that we all look forward to… spending a few inspiring days in friendly Charlottesville with hundreds of our photography friends at LOOK3. Walking down the mall this morning, everything seemed uncannily familiar—the lovely shops and cafés, the greetings from complete strangers, the stunning photography hanging in the trees and galleries, and dozens of cheerful volunteers ready to welcome photography lovers from all over the globe.

This year’s lineup is impressive yet again, and we look forward to keeping our virtual followers in the loop of all the exciting happenings on the ground. So stay tuned to this space!

    So very true. After an 8 hour drive, I parked the car and walked onto the mall…and it felt like coming home.

    It takes special people and special effort to keep this feeling of family in a festival of this size. The talented and hardworking volunteers, staff, and artists who bring us LOOK3 make it look easy and feel natural.

    Thanks to all of them for yet another amazing festival.
